Bagels, bagels, BAGELS!!
Not sure if you know this about us, but we’re die-hard bagel attics! But it’s hard to maintain such an addiction when traveling. However, is it a coincidence some of our favorite places to live coincided with the availability of bagels? For example, Antigua, Guatemala had it’s very own Bagel Barn. Panama City, Panama had NY Bagels. And now, come to discover, Cusco has The Bagel Cafe. In the video below you get your first hand look at Miro enjoying his first bagel ‘moment’ in quite a long time. Also, if you notice, there is reference in the video to one of his latest ‘appreciations’: bendy-straws… (go figure? )
Anyway, hope you enjoy!
(Note, this is one of my first ‘edited’ videos.. I am trying to teach myself the editing software, so I’m hoping my editing skills get better as I go on… so please be patient.)
Also, I want to share my gratitude and thanks to Sashya Amee & Mikki Michele for upgrading my computer so we can approach video as a new way to share our travel and unschooling experiences with you. So much love and appreciation to both of you!

I have a sneaking suspicion that Miro will want to go back for more bagels at a later date! 😉

Aha! So that’s what his Skype profile is; a bagel! I was wondering what it was…

It would b interesting to know how much time Miro at 15 spends with his mum each day? My children were all into their friends and a wider public than time with me as from 14-15 onwards…so mealtimes were our precious times together.

Hi Shala,
We spend the majority of our time together actually. He spends many hours per day though online with his friends, but we always do things together each day. Living in Peru we don’t have a huge circle of friends here, so that may be a contributing factor.
