6:05 – 6:00 am hike starts with a tree. Of course it does.

7:15 – A cicada nest but I think it looks like something else.

8:04- I feel reflective

9:29 – “I got bedhead!”

10:21 – Are these jungle treats edible?

11:09 – Grateful for modern luxuries, my kindle, my snuggie and my bed. That’s my focus for now.

1:15 – Lunch finished. That was good.

2:02 – Back to the room for a chillax in the hammock.

3:34 – Boat ride in the pouring rain, will this plastic wall keep me dry?

4:31 – The sky finally looks calm. I’m certain it’s just the calm before the storm.

5:29 – Back from the farm, it’s now pouring, so happy off the boat and back at the lodge.

7:32 – Pouring rain, shielded from the wetness, relaxing in the lodge, stomach full. Good day.
