First 7th Annual Grill Cheese Invitational Cookoff

Yes, it was a “cheesy” good time!!! Filled with cheddar cheese wishes, caviar dreams, (kraft singles squares and hints of rosemary & thyme). As former competitor of the Grill Cheese Invitational Cook-off , we offered our full support to the many chefs as they persuaded their visions of cheese grandiose. We sampled many exquisite concoctions of grilled gooey cheesy goodness.

Our favorite category hands down, was the Honey Pot category. Miro and I fought over the rights to sample the chef in the black hat’s cheese cake filled crepes with strawberry sauce.. Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm……. is an understatement. However, there were many that filled our pallets with good hopes.

Overall, the day was filled with many good friends, neighbors and even some friends from the tech scene. A wonderful day, indeed, and far too many cheesy memories to record in on sitting.
